Hello i am Edmond Lim from Singapore and i came across your website by accident i am really into good poetry and have been writing since i was 14 i am now 16. i wish to improve my poetry skills so maybe i thought i could do that by publishing my poetry on your website, whereby i can get comments on my writing style. this is one of my better poems [bio written in 2001]

Dolce-Vita (sweet times)

Cold white dreamy falling snow,
November streetlights start to glow.
Misty patches of red buds rain,
Dappled ruby drops on pure white stain.

Husky cool soaring wind,
A melodious song do they sing.
Children's laughter in the far,
Of wishful dreams upon a star.

Two tired teardrop eyes meet,
Amidst the crowded busy street
Two lips so faintly smile
How joyful this heart sounds.

Happily walking hand in hand,
Across the sparking starlit sand.
As he looks across her face
Both souls go into a daze.

Laying down in his warm embrace
Hasten heartbeats start to race
Waiting for the moment when he says
"I will love you for all of my days…"
